4Bridges is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and reporting to project engineers.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field 3+ years of experience in construction site supervision Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
